Q :How much area of your factory? How many workers in your factory?
A :Our factory occupied area around 5000 square meters. There are around 50 workers in our factory.
Q:Have you been exported? What country you exported?
A :Yes,we have exported since 2008. Our main market is Europe, North America,South America,Africa,Southeast Asia and Middle East. We have exported to the country such as USA, Canada,Peru, Chile,AU, Russia, Spain, UK, German, France, Thailand, Japan,Korea, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, India, Kuwait,UAE , South Africa, Egypt, Vietnam etc.
Q:What is your annual amount of export?
A :Around 5 million US dollars in 2015.
Q:Do you have certificate?
A:Yes, we have SGS and CCIC certificate. We can also do the certificate according to your requirements.
Q:Do you have own brand? Could you OEM for customers?
A :Yes, we have own brand “FY”; and we can OEM for customers.
Q:What about the samples fee?
A:For regular item, we will offer free sample, but customer have to pay the freight charge.
Q:Can I trust your quality?
A:Our products are make strictly with rich experiences, all the goods will be carefully checked. We welcome you to inspect the goods before shipping.
Q:I don’t have my freight forwarder of choice. Could you help me arrange shipment?
A:We can help you arrange the shipment, and we can recommend shipping company for you.
Q:What’s your payment?
A:Usually the available payment is T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, but it is also adjustable according to the customers requirements and actual situation.
Q:What’s your available package?
A:Bulk/ poly bag / printing poly bag / paper card / color box and so on.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:Normally the delivery time is 25-30 days after receipt of deposit. But customer should confirmed the artwork in the first week.
